Walk Club
Join us for a walk in the park! We will meet up at Rollins Park in Concord at 9am, do a quick warm up, then head out on a walk. We will circle back to the park for some playground time for the kiddos!
Corn kernel sensory bin playgroup
Littles can feel, dig, scoop, and play with corn kernels in a fun sensory experience! You get to play with your kiddo and let us do the setting up and cleaning up!
25 years of FIT4MOM celebration classes
Come celebrate 25 years of FIT4MOM with us at one or two 2000s throwback classes! One stroller class so you can bring the kiddos along, and one mom-only class so you can get your sweat in solo.

Parachute playgroup
We will have music and games for all ages to enjoy! The big parachute is always a hit with the kiddos!
